MACDILL AFB ACCESS FOR CIVILIANS

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Students are required to submit the online form seven days in advance from lessons. It is the student's responsibility to abide by the form guidelines, which includes contacting Bay Palms Golf Course to confirm approval, and monitoring expiration dates of passes. Approval confirmation also needs to be provided to Rachel on the final booking step.

PASS OPTIONS

• WEEK TO WEEK - 5 consecutive days of access per pass.

• 60-DAY ACCESS - 60 consecutive days of access per pass.

These options also provide access to Bay Palms' Golf Course Complex so students can practice on their own in between lessons.

​

Members can include their pass information (start/end dates) in their account for tracking purposes.

​

Online submissions are Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and Federal Holidays (https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/federal-holidays/).
